Registration documents

• The registration file consists of the following documents:

• A written request for follow-up training.

• A certified copy of the national ID.

• A copy of the training certificate indicating that his academic level matches the requirements for registration in the specialization.

• A written consent to continue training, signed by the guardian (for male beneficiaries under 21 years old and for females under 24 years old).

• 8 photographs (with a white background).

• A medical certificate confirming the candidate's physical and psychological well-being.

• A document that the security (or criminal) record of the beneficiary is free of criminal records.

• Residential certificate.

• 3 discreet envelopes

This training follow-up conditions document is signed and approved by the beneficiary and his guardian.
